From nutrition experts and public health advocates to volunteers and lived-experience ambassadors, our team brings an unwavering commitment to dignity, equity, and innovative care. Each member of FLAVVR understands that serving the community means meeting people where they are, literally and figuratively. Together, we combine grassroots engagement with cutting-edge data collection to create real change—empowering our neighbors, advocating for better health outcomes, and building bridges to a brighter future for all.
Our Volunteers
FLAVVR’s volunteers are the heartbeat of our mission neighbors helping neighbors in the truest sense. As a community-driven nonprofit founded by and for the people, our volunteers come from all walks of life: students, healthcare workers, retirees, formerly unsheltered individuals, and local families. Each one shares a passion for restoring dignity and meeting urgent needs in underserved communities across Arizona. Whether it’s distributing fresh food, guiding health screenings, or assisting with enrollment in public assistance programs, our volunteers are trained, compassionate, and committed to impact.
